一、目的

為維護學術倫理、建立研究生正確之學術價值觀與研究行為準則，並確保學位論文之品質，特訂定本要點。

Purpose
To uphold academic ethics, cultivate correct academic values and research conduct among graduate students, and ensure the quality of master’s theses, these guidelines are hereby established.

二、依據

本要點依據「中山醫學大學研究生學位考核辦法」及相關規定訂定。

Basis
These guidelines are formulated in accordance with the “Graduate Degree Examination Regulations” and other related university policies.

三、學位論文原創性與倫理要求

1. 碩士班研究生須完成所有課程與學分要求，並修習學術倫理課程。
2. 研究生應遵守研究誠信原則，不得有抄襲、偽造、變造或代筆行為。
3. 若經具名或具體指陳之檢舉，經校審定委員會調查屬實者，撤銷其學位並註銷學位證書。

Thesis Originality and Ethics Requirements

1. Master’s students must complete all course and credit requirements and attend the Academic Ethics Course.
2. Students must adhere to research integrity and must not engage in plagiarism, falsification, fabrication, or ghostwriting.
3. If an allegation of misconduct is substantiated through university investigation, the student’s degree shall be revoked, and the degree certificate nullified.

四、論文初稿與口試規範

1. 研究生於繳交論文初稿時，須通過 Turnitin 或同等系統之原創性比對檢測，相似度不得高於 30%。
2. 指導教授應審閱並確認檢測結果方可送交學位考試。
3. 學位考試通過後一個月內，研究生須繳交論文定稿及完整比對報告電子檔至學程辦公室備查。

Thesis Draft and Oral Defense Regulations

1. When submitting the thesis draft, students must complete an originality check using Turnitin or an equivalent system, with a similarity index not exceeding 20%.
2. The advisor must review and approve the report before the thesis can be submitted for the degree examination.
3. Within one month after passing the oral defense, students must submit the final version of the thesis and the complete originality report (in electronic format) to the program office for record.

五、論文公開與保密

1. 學位論文原則上應公開，並依「學位授予法」及「論文送存國家圖書館典藏作業要點」辦理。
2. 若涉及機密或專利，研究生得填具申請書說明理由，經指導教授及學程主任簽核後，得延後公開或不公開。

Thesis Accessibility and Confidentiality

1. In principle, all master’s theses shall be publicly accessible and handled in accordance with the “Degree Conferral Act” and the “Guidelines for Thesis Submission to the National Central Library.”
2. If the thesis involves confidential or patent-related content, students may apply for delayed or restricted access by submitting a written request, co-signed by the advisor and approved by the program director.

六、論文文件與存檔

1. 研究生於畢業離校程序時，須繳交定稿電子檔及「學位論文符合學術倫理規範聲明書」。
2. 學程辦公室負責保存學位論文相關紀錄與比對報告，作為審查依據。

Thesis Documentation and Archiving

1. During graduation clearance, students must submit the finalized electronic copy of the thesis and the “Statement of Academic Ethics Compliance.”
2. The program office shall maintain records of all thesis originality reports and related documentation for audit purposes.

七、附則

1. 本要點經學位學程會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。
2. 未盡事宜依中山醫學大學相關規定辦理。

Supplementary Provisions

1. These guidelines shall take effect after approval by the Program Committee. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.
2. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the relevant regulations of Chung Shan Medical University.
