一、指導教授選任原則

研究生得選擇本校專任或合聘教師 1 至 3 名為指導教授，其中至少一位須為本學程專任或合聘教師。

Selection of Advisors
Graduate students may choose one or two advisors from full-time or jointly appointed faculty members of Chung Shan Medical University. At least one advisor must be a full-time or jointly appointed faculty member in this program.

二、指導教授選定時程

學生應於入學第一學期結束前選定指導教授，並繳交「指導教授選定書」至學程辦公室備查。

Timeline for Selecting Advisors
Students must choose their thesis advisor before the end of the first semester and submit the “Advisor Selection Form” to the program office for record.

三、指導教授更換

如需更換指導教授，應依下列程序辦理：

1. 取得原指導教授及新指導教授之同意與簽章。
2. 填寫「指導教授變更申請書」，經學程主任核准後生效。
3. 更換指導教授時應同時變更研究主題，並繳回原主題之研究資料。

Change of Thesis Advisor
If a change of thesis advisor is necessary, the following procedure shall apply:

1. Obtain written consent and signatures from both the original and new advisors.
2. Complete the “Application for Change of Thesis Advisor” form and submit it for approval by the program director.
3. The student must also change the research topic and return all related research materials of the previous topic.

四、限制條件

1. 已申請學位考試之學生，不得更換指導教授。
2. 若學生無法繼續接受原指導教授之指導且未能完成更換程序者，將不允許繼續修讀本學程。

Restrictions

1. Students who have already applied for the degree examination may not change their thesis advisor.
2. Students who can no longer receive guidance from their advisor and fail to complete the change procedure will be disqualified from further study in this program.

五、指導教授資格

指導教授資格須符合中山醫學大學「研究生指導教授資格要點」相關規定。

Advisor Qualification
The qualifications of thesis advisors must comply with the “Guidelines for Advisor Eligibility” established by Chung Shan Medical University.

六、未盡事宜

本細則未盡之事項，依中山醫學大學相關研究所及學程規定辦理。

Other Provisions
Matters not covered in these guidelines shall be handled in accordance with other relevant regulations of Chung Shan Medical University.
